I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms seemed old and run down but were surprisingly comfortable and really clean. The service was top-notch with the nicest staff I ever had the pleasure of meeting, especially Ilene who went out of her way to correct mistakes. The location was convenient for my needs, being great for all my doctor appointments, but far from Downtown Los Angeles. The dining was decent with some variety, but not exceptional. The facilities overall were satisfactory, though with room for improvement.

The rooms were not ideal, lacking window screens and being next to a noisy entrance. However, the service was nice, and the staff explained exciting property improvements. The dining experience was basic with just simple snacks, and the location was perfect for relaxing after a busy day, but the door card was a bit tricky.
